Creadi gets Allianz Suisse on board

With Simpego, the Basel startup Creadi has developed a platform for tailor-made insurance solutions. On this platform, it will now also integrate an insurance product from Allianz Suisse that was created specifically for shared households.

Creadi offers tailor-made insurance contracts on the Simpego platform. Customer only pay for those benefits they actually need. The aim of this is to simplify the insurance process, whether travel and car insurance or protection for digital devices. Now, Creadi will be integrating Splitsurance from Allianz Suisse on its platform, it was reported in a press release. This is an insurance product that was created specifically for those living in shared households. Costs are split and special coverage for personal items such as laptops or smartphones can also be included.

According to Creadi, Splitsurance is well in line with the core philosophy of Simpego: “We want our customers to find exactly the right insurance for their needs and lifestyle, without lengthy discussions, loads of paperwork or hidden costs,” the startup says.

At the insurtech event Digital Insurance Agenda (DIA) in Munich, Creadi was already honored with an award for its Simpego platform and its car insurance scanner Simpego Snap created last year. Simpego Snap automatically compiles all data from a car’s registration documentation and presents the relevant insurance options.
