Basel – Entrepreneurs from France, Germany and Switzerland are meeting in May to discuss operational energy efficiency. In addition to exchanging experiences, the agenda includes a visit to the Novartis Campus.
The second Trinational Entrepreneurs Meeting on Operational Energy Efficiency in the Border Triangle Region will be held on 16 May at the Vitra Campus in Weil am Rhein. Entrepreneurs from France, Germany and Switzerland will have the opportunity to exchange ideas on how to reduce energy consumption.
The event will open with the three co-organisers of the event presenting on their tools to promote operational energy efficiency. This will be followed by actual examples from companies from the three countries. One German, one French and one Swiss company will present on their measures to conserve electricity and pursue resource-efficient production. Endress+Hauser Flowtext AG will present for Switzerland.
A visit to the Novartis Campus in Basel is planned in the afternoon. The organisers describe it as a “place of knowledge, innovation and encounters”.
The event is organised by TRION-climate e.V., the Energy Agency of the Swiss Private Sector, the German association Klimapartner Oberrhein, and the Alsace Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event is free of charge but registration is required.
