Workshop Vom Kundenkontakt zum Kundenerlebnis


In the workshop Vom Kundenkontakt zum Kundenerlebnis of the Startup Academy in collaboration with, the participants are enabled to identify the dimensions and drivers of the customer experience that are essential for their company. Initial ideas will be developed as to how a customer journey can be designed and how the individual stations can be positively influenced.
The workshop does not require any previous marketing knowledge. As a participant, you only have to describe a personal experience as a customer (keywords or sketch are sufficient) and send it to the speaker in advance. This will be done after confirmation of registration.

This course is held in English and German.
Marc Steffen, coach and mentor, will guide you through the play and training facilities. He has many years of management experience in globally active service companies as well as with non-profit organisations. He completed management training at the Universities of St. Gallen (Executive MBA) and Fribourg (Dipl. NPO-Manager) as well as at the Wharton School of the University of Philadelphia (AMP).
