Diagnostics: Startups and Startup-Support

Resistell won the Swiss Biolabs Challenge and was under the top three of the Swiss Technology Awards 2018 with the promise of the world’s fastest antimicrobial resistance test. Noul is a Korean startup with a next-generation point of care diagnostic laboratory platform aiming first at Malaria. A successful applicant of the DayOne accelerator, it also is engaged in a research partnership with the Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND).

FIND is a global non-profit organization that drives innovation in the development and delivery of diagnostics to combat major diseases affecting the world's poorest populations. Swissbiolabs, a supporting association in Olten, is partnering with BaselArea.swiss to promote innovation in Diagnostics. It organizes the Swiss Diagnostic Startup Day, the next one May 23rd 2019 ,  and an accelerator program in Olten.

This event showcases two different organizations that specifically support diagnostics startups and new technologies in this field as well as two startups as beneficiaries.
Please join us to learn more, especially if you have a technology which might be useful for a new diagnostic method or which might be the basis for a highly cost-efficient tool.
