Partner Event: BaselHack meets FinTech Innovators - ideating workshop

After its premiere last October, Baselhack 2018 is approaching fast: Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th November 2018 at the FHNW Academy of Art and Design in Münchenstein.

We will turn challenges into ideas, create visions and build solutions that demonstrate the power, creativity and digital competence we have right here in the region. A perfect opportunity for Fintech and Insurtech innovators to challenge the 100 software developers, designers and creative thinkers from diverse backgrounds to develop prototypes of new Fintech and Insurtech applications within the BaselHack weekend.

Going beyond organizational boundaries, we build on Open Innovation to create new impulses for the industry and the Basel region. Connecting Fintech and Insurtech innovators in the Basel region is instrumental to fulfil our mission: BaselHack offers the platform – registration is still open.

To inspire your potential, the Economic Development at the Office of Economy and Labour Canton Basel-Stadt in collaboration with BaselHack and the Center for Innovative Finance (University of Basel) are holding an Ideation Workshop for participants and everyone from the Fintech-/Insurtech Ecosystem.

When: Friday, 23.11.2018 from 14:00 - 18:00
Where: Auditorium, Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fakultät der Universität Basel (WWZ), Peter Merian-Weg 6, 4052 Basel

The invitation also goes to everyone with fresh ideas who is interested to develop them into creative solutions in the area of financial services and insurance. The ideas identified together are intended to participate in the Baselhack.

The workshop is free of charge. However, registration is compulsory by 22nd November 2018.

We are looking forward to your participation!
